Plus JJJJose Mourihno and Gwyneth Paltrow's "husband material" criteria.

Mescalian Summer is upon us.
British Vogue’s comment section be damned, the Retail Therapy contingent stopped in their tracks when Paul Mescal recently showed up to a Gucci fashion show (in all Gucci, of course) rocking a blousy button-down, e-waist boxer shorts, chunky white socks, and black loafers.
Do his thighs signal the official start of summer? Perhaps. Will one of us totally botch it trying to recreate this? Absolutely.
Barrett also offered some less expensive shirt options (Everlane, Frame) if you’re trying to join the movement.
Adidas Originals x JJJJose Mourinho
Whether it’s just or not, Jose Mourinho will forever go down as one of my all-time favorite football managers. Since is original scorching stint at Chelsea in the early 2000s, it became evident to the footy world that he was a figure that would never go away.
The question looms, though — Does he need his own signature sneaker? Apparently Adidas Originals and JJJJound thought so. Here’s the campaign (click through for photo slideshow including shoe pictures, obviously):
Do they give high school stoner? Maybe a little. Let’s hope they don’t resale for as much as the JJJJambas.
Jawnz > Portfolios
In This Week in Gen-Z, we parlay a discussion surrounding Noah’s Timex watch into a larger discussion about expensive watches as investments. Given Noah’s nod to the Cartier Tank classic, we began going down the wormhole of the places we’d most like to invest in that aren’t the stock market or retirement funds.
Will we ever make Art Money like Jay-Z? That’s TBD, but it’s still not stopping Gen-Z from wanting to buy rare cars and Rolexes, per Bloomberg.
How do you know if they’re marriage material?
Well, apparently Gwyneth Paltrow has a formula.
While the first five all make sense, it does beg the question: What are you replacing oyster with in your own personal criteria?
