Memorial Day Weekend sales hit your inbox with the force of a river bursting through a dam. Suddenly and uncontrollably, your inbox is absolutely inundated with emails from every shop and brand you’ve ever browsed offering you somewhere between twenty and forty percent off for the next three-to-five days.
Care must be taken as you wade through the flood. There are certainly rare deals to be had, but one must also resist the temptation of buying an item simply because it’s on sale. What Else: This Striped Tee is one of my favorite pickups of the season. It’s a substantial knit that still breathes and the cut is perfect middle ground between classic and trendy. These Relaxed Trousers weren’t worth the price tag when I tried them earlier in the season for 20% off, but at closer to 50% off? They’re a great summer weight and should be easy to style.

What Else: i+w is one of my favorite places to shop in-person. The store is beautiful and well-curated, it makes you want to spend money. Beyond gorgeous denim shirts and heavy knit tees, the accessories are what really completes the experience here. The socks, hats, candles, bandanas, and more are all little objects of big desire.
